How do you ship orders?

We ship all parcels from our studio in Vancouver, BC, via Canada Post within 3 business days of the purchase date. The only exception are the giclee art print orders which take longer to fulfill, usually up to 7 business days, as these are made-to-order and we need to pick them up from our neighbourhood print shop.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs for each order are calculated at checkout. They start at $4.50 for Canadian orders with Lettermail and tracking options available and $16.50 for international orders with tracking options where available.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with the product you have received or you have received a damaged product, please get in touch directly at sayhi@lea-linin.com. We will be able to offer you a full refund of the original purchase and the original shipping costs. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

What is the shop’s privacy policy?

Your information (name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address) is collected at checkout. Please note that your information will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling the order and will not be shared with anyone else.

What are your payment options?

The shop accepts secure payments with credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to pay additional taxes or import duties?

For international orders, you may need to pay extra import duties depending on your order’s value. Please check the guidelines for international orders at your local post office for more details.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We pack our parcels using recycled corrugated cardboard and water-activated gum tape for extra padding and protection. Products are wrapped in glassine paper to make them look super nice and a joy to open. All the packaging materials we use are either compostable, recyclable or both.
