Shipping

We ship all parcels from our studio in Vancouver, BC, via Canada Post within 3 business days of the purchase date. The only exception are the giclee art print orders which take longer to fulfill, usually up to 7 business days, as these are made-to-order and we need to pick them up from our neighbourhood print shop.

The shipping costs for each order are calculated at checkout. They start at $4.50 for Canadian orders and $16.50 for international orders. We offer Lettermail with no tracking and Canada Post Regular Parcel with tracking. For international orders we offer Canada Post Small Packet International Air with tracking options where available.

Returns

If you are not happy with the product you have received or you have received a damaged product, please get in touch directly at sayhi@lea-linin.com. We will be able to offer you a full refund of the original purchase and the original shipping costs upon the receipt of the returned products. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
